I am on my second new Blackberry, and I have nothing but problems with Cincinnati Bell's wireless network. First of all, I have a ton of dropped calls, I constantly get "network busy" messages, half the time I don't receive text or picture messages that people send me, you can't get picture messages from Verizon Wireless users, the wi-fi network is constantly going down, the voice quality is poor with a lot of echoing and voice cut outs, and the local Cincinnati reception is poor. It doesn't do any good to call customer service, they just blame your phone for the problems. Believe me, it's not the phone that is the problem, it's their cheap, crappy network. They refuse to spend any money to upgrade it and they piggyback off of the AT&T towers. Try to make a call around 5:30 PM on a weekday afternoon, and you'll know what I'm talking about.
